Standing up for what’s right
Today, numerous barriers can make it difficult—or even impossible—to attain enriching work. Rarely challenged, these obstacles leave many people excluded from the workforce. We believe everyone deserves the opportunity for meaningful work. That’s why we won’t rest until these barriers are eliminated. That’s what equity at work is all about.

Employment:
We partner with local, regional and nationwide businesses and help them augment their workforce with highly skilled workers and help them become "fair chance" employers.

We help break barrier to employment. In 2024, we helped over 150 program participants find and maintain adequate employment.

We sustain results with long term continuous support. We provide long term career training and planning so that candidates can achieve their career goals. Once eligible, we help candidates seal their criminal records and obtain Clemency from the Governor's Office. Most felons cannot hold a professional license in any field. If needed, we send waivers to licensing boards requesting consideration of approval.
